Outstanding experience as always! Yes sometimes you have to wait a bit, even with an online reservation, but boy if these ladies don't take great care of you no matter how many clients they've already seen, or how long they've been on their feet. Always friendly, always a smile! Most of us wouldn't be able to deal with what they have to, so a little patience and a little empathy will go a long way! Thanks Laurie! See you next month!!

Im a first time patron, and I was thoroughly impressed by Ali's overall knowledge, professionalism, quick detailed work, and her customer service. She did great promoting "up sales" eventhough I did not purchase any at this time, don't count her out yet. I'm sure when my funds come back around I'll be buying product from her. I randomly came to this location due to a competitors lack of availability to see me. I do believe I will no longer be seeking the competition and I will choose to get my work done at SportClips from now on.

I got Kat for the first time and she was absolutely horrible. I ask for a 2 on the sides 3 on top and bangs and she shaves my whole head and cuts off an inch in the top. I also got the mvp and she is horrible at massaging. Do NOT get a haircut from Kat unless it’s a normal buzz because obviously that’s the only thing she knows how to do.

In June, 2018, I was in for my usual every three week cut. The stylist was in a rush, I was in and out in less then 15 minutes, and it was a bad cut, in 3 days the side burns and around the ears had to be trimmed. Was very unhappy with the outcome. So yesterday on a Sunday, 7/8/18, I did the normal check in, and a new stylist, KELSEY brought me to a chair, I asked to speak to the manager. Both women were very attentive and listened to my concerns, they could tell from the visit record, who the June stylist was and the date that I was in. The manger was very professional, and I'm sorry that I don't recall her name. KELSEY is new, very detailed and a pro, knows how to treat a senior man. She used a sissor cut versus clippers, which takes longer. I could not be happier with the attentive service that I recieved. The manager declined to charge me for the cut. I gave Kelsey a big tip, and my thanks and appreciation. You have a real talented pro working for you. Frank, Northport, Michigan

I admit by the time it came to getting my haircut I was watching seconds not minutes go by as it seemed to take forever. On the up-side they give you a chance to see wait time and for a walk in only place, that helps. The professionalism and skill level of Kelsey really impressed me. If I can invest time like this again it will be because of her. She gave me one of the best haircuts I can ever remember, regardless where! She is educated and gave me some insights about why my hair is coarse and delivered a scissor cut like a seasoned pro. I was going to ask if they keep tips but decided to wait... If you are in Traverse City and have a little time, allow Kelsey to cut your hair, she is a Pro! BTW, if she goes anywhere else, she will have an instant following i have no doubt! Keep up the great work, Kelsey...your future is unlimited!
